A c. 260 sqm building built in c. 1880 at the heart of the city of popes with some stunning views over the Palace of the popes. This building was owned by the French state and used as an office of the ministry of Justice. It was put for sale in 2022 via a tender process that Odomo took part in and won.

The building is located 11 min walk away from Avignon train station, 10 min walk away from Avignon's famous bridge and is adjacent to the famous rue Joseph Vernet.
